At Sugarhill Brighton, we want you to love your locally designed pieces, which is why we offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all boutique tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and your preferred refund method.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original reusable mailer bag, ensuring the packing slip is included inside to help our team process your request faster.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal, or opt for a QR code to be scanned at your nearest drop-off point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
